If you're a writer, songwriter, photographer, painter, film-maker, cartoonist and you're aged between 12 and 20 we want to showcase your work in Issue #3 of Between The Lines.

The theme for our third edition is: Breaking Up Online - it's my Facebook and I'll text if I want to

How you use your mobile and your Facebook pages says a lot about who you are and how you communicate. In issue 3 of BTL we invite you to go deep into cyberspace and tell us in a story, poem, song photo, painting or cartoon about how you, technology and relationships work. Whether it's breaking up or finding true love online, sexting, texting or busting a cyber-bully. Whether it's funny, sad, or mad, BTL wants to hear from you.

All published works automatically go into the running for our annual online anthology and a chance to win an iPad2 for the work judged the best of the best.

  Aloe Blacc is the American hip hop, soul, and R&B artist whose era-defining song “I Need A Dollar” charted all around the world in 2010. He speaks to Between The Lines about the part respect plays in his life.

  Lily Rose Dambelli says her beautiful lithographs are about "Self respect and identity. The first one is more personal and abstract. The second is a lithograph dealing with what I believe should be the respect we owe to nature and the land."

  Get Loud is BTL's video vox pop forum…each issue we will point the camera and shout "Action" as people like Stephanie Cruikshank, John Mansour, GG, Gus Malfroy, and Georgia Norton-Lodge get loud about a topic…in this case what respect means to them.

  Luke Cavalan, AKA LC Beats, is a human beat-boxer and claymation stop motion film maker. “The Thin Blue Line” is a brilliant example of Luke’s talent and take on respect.

  Tony Zmak is a multi-talented illustrator, animator, short film maker and gifted singer/songwriter with a penchant for guitar based rock who released "Peace", his debut album last year.
- Johann Ingemar
  
  Johann Ingemar is a tattooer, painter and Graphic artist from Byron Bay. He describes "Reverentia", his painting for BTL, as "Using elements of pop culture to give a modern twist while trying to create something that is beautiful and timeless."
