Growing up what did respect mean for you?
How would you describe your music?

Tenielle is one of country music's rising stars. She first emerged from rural WA and a life as one of Australia's youngest ever train drivers to centre stage in the 2009 season of Australian Idol.

Her true passion as a singer/songwriter of beautifully crafted original music saw her relocate to Sydney in early 2010 and take out the prestigious Performer's Prize at the Telstra Road To Tamworth awards. She has since performed at the annual Americana Festival in Nashville, signed a music publishing deal with Mushroom Music, and released Better Than Leaving, her engaging debut single.

Tenielle is currently writing songs for her debut album.
